Pinkie was in an almost disgustingly good mood, today. She'd just gotten back to Fandom that morning after spending Spring Break back home in Ponyville, where she hadn't been since she'd started teaching last summer. They'd done so much! They'd all gotten dressed up and gone to the Grand Galloping Gala which sooooo wasn't all it was cracked up to be and even Princess Celestia thought so and then they'd had to defeat the evil agent of chaos, Discord, and then they'd had all kinds of other adventures, including teaching Rainbow Dash to read and finding her a pet and chasing Applejack through the wild west after she broke her Pinkie promise and meeting the Cakes' new twins and becoming super heroes and getting to do a Hearth's Warming Eve pageant and even a Hearts and Hooves Day party.

Why, it was almost like she'd been gone for half a season year instead of just a week!

Now that she was back, she was positively brimming with ideas for her class. There were so many friendship lessons to share! She was dancing away on her ponyboard, trying to type them all up, and only occasionally getting distracted by all the fun kinds of cupcakes people had posted about on Pinterest while she was gone.
